Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer our halls for parties until further notice.

To allow everyone to remain safe at this time we are asking all hirers to fully read the relevant hall risk assessment and confirm that you have read it and will abide by it.

We require hall users to:

  • Provide us with your own risk assessment, taking account of your particular activities. Please keep it up to date and refer to Government Guidance on the use of community halls.

  • Ensure that your members adhere to the 'Rule of Six' when attending your group.

  • Unless medically exempt or under 11 years old all visitors to our halls must wear a face covering.

  • Ensure that you open a couple of windows whilst you are using the hall to provide adequate ventilation. You will be required to close all doors and windows at the end of your session.

  • We will regularly clean our halls but do ask that you would wipe down any tables and chairs that you have used, plus door handles and light switches with the materials provided.

  • Encourage your group members/ clients to social distance and sanitise their hands and follow all instructional signage.

  • Keep a record of those who have attended your group in case Track and Trace need the information. It is preferable that hall users use the NHS Covid-19 app to check in to the hall where possible.
